These Terms of Service apply, without restriction or reservation, to any sale of dry food products and spices (vanilla, pepper, powders and derivatives) offered on the comptoirmanitra.com website, whether the buyer is a consumer (individual) or a professional (pastry chef, ice cream maker, restaurateur, chocolatier, fine grocer, reseller). Provisions specific to consumers (in particular the right of withdrawal) apply only to purchases made by individuals for non-professional purposes.

Any order placed on the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Service, to the exclusion of any other document.

Product prices are shown in euros. Since VAT is not applicable (Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code), the prices displayed correspond to the total amount owed by the customer, excluding shipping costs, which are specified before the order is confirmed.

Comptoir Manitra reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

The customer selects their chosen products, adds them to their cart, then confirms their order after reviewing the details and total price. Confirming the order constitutes unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Service and serves as proof of the sales contract.

A confirmation email summarizing the order is sent to the customer at the address provided at the time of purchase.

Payment is due immediately upon ordering, by credit card or any other means offered on the site, via secure payment providers (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal). Comptoir Manitra does not retain any banking data, which is processed directly by these providers.

Delivery terms, timeframes and zones are detailed in our Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, individual customers have 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, subject to the exceptions and terms specified in our Refund Policy — in particular the exclusion provided for in Article L.221-28, 5° for food products unsealed after delivery, for hygiene and health protection reasons.

All products supplied by Comptoir Manitra benefit, under ordinary law conditions, from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the legal warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

In accordance with Article L.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute not resolved directly with our customer service (paulcharles@comptoirmanitra.com), the consumer customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge. These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Comptoir Manitra's registered office (Réunion Island), subject to the mandatory jurisdiction rules applicable to consumer disputes.

Amendment: Comptoir Manitra reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time; the applicable Terms of Service are those in effect on the date of the order.
