Shipping Policy
Article 1 – Processing and shipping times
Orders are prepared and shipped from our logistics stock in mainland France.
- Processing time: 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Cut-off time: Any order placed before 12:00 noon is generally processed the same day.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email containing your parcel's tracking number so you can follow it online.
Article 3 – Disputes: "Parcel marked delivered but not received"
Comptoir Manitra places full trust in the tracking data provided by La Poste. If your parcel is marked "Delivered" but you state that you did not receive it:
- Sworn statement of non-receipt (dated and signed).
- Copy of your ID (front/back).
- Police report for "mailbox theft" (for orders over €50).
Without these documents sent to paulcharles@comptoirmanitra.com, the "Delivered" status will stand as proof and release us from any obligation.
Mainland France:
- Tracked Letter (small volumes): 2 to 4 business days.
- Colissimo (with or without signature): 48h (2 business days).
International & Overseas territories: 5 to 10 business days depending on the destination.
The customer must check the condition of the packaging in the presence of the delivery person.
- If the parcel is damaged: YOU MUST REFUSE IT.
- If you accept it: Note clear handwritten reservations (e.g. "Box crushed").
Any issue must be reported to us the same day it is received.
Undeliverable / address error: In the event of a return due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed parcel, reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Customs (overseas territories and non-EU): Taxes (local duties, customs charges) are the sole responsibility of the customer. Refusal to pay does not entitle the customer to any refund of shipping costs.
Comptoir Manitra is not liable for failure to perform the contract in the event of force majeure (strikes, disruptions to postal or shipping services).
